Nelka Herath Is a IT Support Consultant who has 11 years experience in IT support field. He has started his carrer as a IT Assistant in Midas Safety Sri Lanka ,2012. During the period of Midas Safety he has contributed various projects such as Office 365 Migration, Cisco VOIP implementation, Kaspersky Endpoint implementation, Manage Engine Service Desk implementation. He was the Site IT adminstrator various locations and performed all the dminstrative roles such as IT budgeting, IT request analaysation, IT procurment etc. His last role was in Midas Safety is Global Adminstrator for Oficce 365 and Manage Engine Helpdesk.

Then he moved to the Manage services field by joining Eureka Technology Partners. He worked with various customers as a IT support consultant. Stax and MAS holdings are the main clinets he provided the managed services. With Mas Holdings he particpated many projects such as Logitech VOIP implementation, Zscaler implementation, IT Asset Inventory system.

He migrated to Canada in 2021 and joined Telus International as a IT Analyst. ServiceNow,IOS,Logitech, Windows System and Active Directory is main supporting areas.
